Dare to Scale is a founder-focused, non-dilutive support programme dedicated to helping Singapore-based founders and startups scale beyond product-market fit, beyond Singapore.
Led by Endeavor, powered by the strength of the Endeavor network, and supported by Enterprise Singapore, this programme gives founders access to the people, insights, and opportunities that unlock scale.
Challenge-Led Support
At the core of Dare to Scale is a challenge-led approach. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, we work closely with founders to identify their most critical growth barriers and tackle them through tailored support, specifically through:
Curated Mentorship
Deep-dive guidance from Endeavor Mentors tailored to each founder’s unique growth roadblocks.
Masterclass
Practical, high-energy learning series designed to equip founders with actionable tools and shared experience for faster growth.
Peer-to-Peer Learning
A trusted, supportive circle of founders to exchange lessons, wins, and strategies that drive growth.
Fundraising Support
Access to curated network of regional investors through warm introductions and curated roadshow opportunities (including MatchCAP, Southeast Asia’s largest investor-founder matchmaking event).
Business has to be incorporated and operating in Singapore.
Founders leading tech/tech-enabled, innovative, high-growth business.
Selection Criteria
Business has found product-market fit and actively generating revenue.
Participating founders are based in Singapore.
Programme Commitment
Approximately 15 hours in the span of 4 months.
Programme fee* of SGD 2,000 per company (for up to 2 co-founders).
*Subsidised by the Singapore government from the original programme fee of SGD 13,000 per company.
